Retail Store Associate

This is NOT ordinary retail

Our store is a high-volume closeout/discount environment. Inventory changes constantly, customers move fast, and priorities shift hourly. If you like being busy, solving problems on the fly, and delivering top-tier customer service—this is for you.

• Re-stock and recover shelves continuously (merchandise moves fast)
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable—especially high-traffic areas
• Use critical thinking to solve customer issues calmly and professionally
• Support receiving and floor replenishment (unboxing, tagging, basic pricing if needed)
• Communicate with managers on priorities, low stock areas, and customer feedback
• Prevent loss by staying aware and following store procedures
