Job Title: Bozeman Retail Associate

Position Overview:

Sacred Sun Farms seeks a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to fill a dynamic, full-time role on our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to perform varied tasks efficiently. This position requires flexibility, reliability, and a passion for cannabis.

Key Responsibilities:

Budtender Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through product selection, answering inquiries, and facilitating sales transactions.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of current cannabis products, strains, and effects to educate and inform customers effectively.
• Accurately process transactions using POS systems and maintain cash handling accuracy.
• Ensure retail displays and sales areas are clean, organized, and stocked appropriately.
• Comply with all state regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Accurately package, and label cannabis products in compliance with state regulations, company standards, and SOPs.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting products and packaging for consistency, accuracy, and presentation.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Must be self motivated and task oriented.
• Must have an active MT CCD Worker Permit.
• Previous retail, customer service, or packaging experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt efficiently between different responsibilities.
• Basic computer and POS system proficiency.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Familiarity with cannabis products is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive movement with packaging, labeling, and operating retail equipment.
