Retail Store Associate

Do you love finding the piece that pulls an outfit together?
Maybe you’re the person friends ask for an honest opinion on a fit, a color, or what to wear to an event. If you enjoy fashion and genuinely like working with people, our Retail Store Associate role in St. Louis could be just what you’re looking for.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused teammate to join a busy clothing store where the pace changes throughout the day. You’ll help customers explore the collection, offer thoughtful suggestions, and make shopping feel easy and enjoyable. One conversation might be about finding the right size; the next might be about putting together a complete look. You’ll work alongside other store associates and a manager who can help you learn the products and build confidence on the floor.

Where you’ll make an impression

• Welcome customers and find out what they’re shopping for.
• Help with sizes, styles, colors, and outfit combinations.
• Share product details and suggest complementary items when they suit the customer’s needs.
• Keep clothing displays, fitting areas, and the sales floor looking their best.
• Check availability, replenish products, and help customers locate items.
• Process purchases, exchanges, and returns accurately.
• Work with your teammates to keep service moving when the store gets busy.

Sound like you?

You’re comfortable starting a conversation, you listen before making a recommendation, and you notice when someone could use a hand. You enjoy staying active, learning about new products, and helping a team through a busy shift. Retail experience is welcome, but a strong attitude and a willingness to learn matter just as much.

If you’d enjoy helping people find clothing they feel great wearing, apply for the Retail Store Associate position with your current resume.
