Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist customers with product selection, demonstrations, and answering questions about our products
• Operate the point of sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Communicate your product knowledge while encouraging upselling opportunities
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and cleanliness
• Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing products efficiently
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone inquiries
• Support store operations by performing cashier duties, processing returns, and handling cash accurately
• Promote store promotions and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized store environment

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or food service is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Supervising experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and team members alike
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role
• Willingness to conduct product demos for upselling to help boost sales performance
• Knowledge of retail store operations or merchandising practices is advantageous but not mandatory
