Retail Store Associate

Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More of Brighton is looking for an organized, proactive, and energetic Retail Store Associate to join our crew. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our shop, ensuring that incoming inventory moves smoothly from the delivery truck, into our system, and onto the production line. You will also be greeting customers, answering phones and emails and helping provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Inventory Control: Check in daily deliveries from apparel vendors, verify packing slips against purchase orders, flag discrepancies, and organize blank stock on shelves.
• Order Entry & Staging: Accurately enter job specs and inventory data into our point-of-sale and production management software; prep blanks for daily print queues.
• Light Production: Assist the print floor with garment preparation, heat pressing, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing support, quality inspection, and folding/packaging finished orders.
• Front of House Support: Step up during peak hours to greet walk-in customers, handle completed order pickups, answer phone inquiries, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Shop Maintenance: Keep inventory and staging areas tidy, organized, and running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail—accuracy with numbers, apparel styles, and colors is essential.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort learning shop management software.
• Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional communication style for front-of-house interactions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs of boxed apparel and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Previous experience in warehouse logistics, retail stock, print production, or apparel handling is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
