Retail Store Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our CCB team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and fashion, with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience. If you are enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and have a passion for retail, we want to hear from you!

Specifically looking to staff Wednesday and Friday shifts, 9:45am-6:15pm, with opportunities for additional shifts and opportunities once onboarded.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide product information and recommendations to customers

• Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

• Monitor and replenish stock levels

• Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers

• Assist with Inventory Management

• Staff Events as Necessary

• Create Instagram and Tik Tok Content

• Clean store fixtures and spaces

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail professions is preferred but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of retail math principles

• Familiarity with electronics, wireless, or related products is a plus

• Experience with content creation is preferred but not required

• Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling

• Organizational skills to manage inventory effectively

• Good sense of humor :)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 17.0 per week
