Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic Retail Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-moving environment. If you are naturally proactive, camera-friendly, eager to host customer events, and have the drive to boost your earnings through uncapped commission, this is the role for you.

In this position, you won't just stand behind a register—you will guide customers through interactive experiences, host community events and workshops, maintain production momentum, create exciting content, and drive sales across all store departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Experience: Engage customers actively, guide them through scent and charm custom creations, and close sales across clothing and specialized bars.
• Host Events & Classes: Gladly participate in, set up for, and host in-store workshops, customer creation classes, and special brand events.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Be comfortable and enthusiastic on camera! Help create fun, engaging short-form content (TikToks, Instagram Reels, behind-the-scenes videos) featuring our products and interactive experiences.
• Proactive Productivity: Stay continuously active on the floor—whether assisting customers, stocking product, creating content, or keeping production moving without needing constant supervision.
• Fast-Paced Task Execution: Complete daily operational tasks efficiently, accurately, and within assigned timelines.
• Clear Communication: Speak up immediately when you need clarity, guidance, or support to keep store operations running smoothly.
• Chain-of-Command Adherence: Work collaboratively with direct management and follow store communication protocols to solve problems effectively.

Requirements

• Prior retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred (experience with custom/interactive products is a bonus).
• Availability and willingness to host or participate in scheduled in-store events and classes.
• Willingness and confidence to appear in social media videos and promotional content.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain urgency in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, evenings, and peak retail hours.

Compensation & Perks

• Hourly Base: $8.00 / hour
• Commission: 15% on ALL sales (Your earning potential is directly tied to your hustle!)

Pay: $650.00 - $2,500.00 per month
