Pay, schedule, and benefits

• Hourly pay: $20.75–$23.25 per hour
• Weekend pay: An additional $2.25 per hour for scheduled Saturday and Sunday shifts
• Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule that includes weekends
• Overtime: Additional hours may be available; overtime is paid in accordance with applicable law
• Employee discount: 50% off all store clothing
• Location: On-site in Manhattan, New York, NY 10001

Your time on the sales floor

• Welcome customers and find out what they’re looking for.
• Help with sizes, styles, outfit choices, and fitting room questions.
• Explain product details, prices, and current offers accurately.
• Suggest clothing that suits a customer’s preferences and budget.
• Check availability and work with stock colleagues to locate items.
• Keep displays and fitting areas neat as customers shop.
• Support the wider store team during busy periods and follow up on customer requests.

You’re friendly, dependable, and comfortable starting conversations. You listen well, take an interest in clothing, and enjoy working with teammates when the store gets busy. Previous retail experience is welcome, but it isn’t required; we’ll show you the products and how the store works.
