Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vape and smoke products.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts.
• Maintain organized shelves by stocking merchandise, merchandising displays attractively, and managing inventory levels.
• Support store cleanliness by tidying displays, organizing stock rooms, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
• Answer customer inquiries in multiple languages when applicable, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Assist with store arrangements or gardening projects to enhance customer satisfaction and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is a plus; familiarity with retail math and POS systems is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and merchandising products.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads comfortably.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly attitude and proactive approach to assisting shoppers.
