Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed product demos to highlight features and benefits
• Conduct upselling and cross-selling to meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
• Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and store services
• Support inventory management through stock replenishment, product organization, and stock counts
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to explain technical features clearly and answer customer questions effectively

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in serving diverse customer bases
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on features and benefits
• Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts

Pay: $17.60-$30.14 per hour
