Retail Store Associate

We are hiring seasonal help at our womens boutique, gift & DIY store!

Prior retail experience required, must be able to work shifts between 10am to 8pm or 9pm. Most shifts are split between morning and afternoon/evening shifts. Weekends are required.

We are a women’s boutique, gift & make and take DIY store in Asheville and we’re looking for fun, friendly, creative people to join our team!

Job duties:

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming and inclusive shopping epxerience for every customer.
• Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience
• Operate point of sale systems, process transactions and handle cash/card payments
• Assist with fitting rooms, customer requests and personalized shopping experiences.
• Hanging, tagging and steaming clothing, assisting customers in set up at our DIY craft stations, helping to keep the store neat and organized
• Participate in social media, try on videos, store pictures for social media posts.
