Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their preferences and needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Upsell complementary products or services to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts
• Collaborated with team members to coordinate sales activities and meet daily and weekly sales goals.
• Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting regular stock checks
• Assist with product demos and educate customers on new or featured items to boost sales performance

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising and cashiering is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous for growth opportunities
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations
• Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and customer service best practices
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with merchandising, stock management, and upselling techniques to drive sales success
