Retail Store Associate

POSITION OVERVIEW

T One Partners LLC is seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Associates to support operations at

Utah GameDay and Basecamp Utah, located within Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). In this role, you will

be the face of our stores, responsible for delivering an outstanding shopping experience, processing transactions

accurately, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked store environment.

The ideal candidate is professional, adaptable, and team-oriented, with the dependability to work varying shifts

across both store locations as business needs require. No prior airport experience is necessary; we will provide

full training to set you up for success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service & Sales

Greet and engage all customers in a warm, professional, and attentive manner.

Operate the point-of-sale system, process cash and card transactions accurately, and issue receipts.

Maintain current knowledge of store products, active promotions, and company policies to confidently assist

shoppers.

Address customer questions, concerns, and returns promptly and professionally, escalating to the Store

Manager when appropriate.

Store Upkeep & Visual Standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually inviting store environment at all times across both Utah GameDay

and Basecamp Utah locations.

Restock shelves, displays, and storage areas throughout the shift to ensure product availability and a full

presentation on the sales floor.

Complete daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and keeping all work areas neat

and orderly.

Promptly communicate restocking needs and product shortages to the Store Manager.

Inventory Support

Retrieve needed inventory from the warehouse or stockroom when floor stock runs low.

Support store-to-store transfers and assist with restocking from incoming deliveries.

Accurately track and document products received, transferred, or returned to warehouse inventory.

Team Flexibility & Store Support

Be available to work across both Utah GameDay and Basecamp Utah locations as scheduled and as business

needs shift.

Collaborate with teammates and Store Management to maintain smooth, efficient daily operations.

Follow all company procedures and uphold brand standards consistently across every shift and location.

Safety & Compliance

Adhere to all SLC airport security requirements and company safety protocols at all times.

Maintain a valid SLC airport security badge and comply with all restricted area policies and access

requirements.

Handle all merchandise and transactions in accordance with applicable health, safety, and compliance

standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior retail, customer service, or cash handling experience is preferred but not required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, customer-first attitude.

Dependable, punctual, and capable of managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

Flexibility to work varying shifts across multiple store locations, including early mornings, evenings,

weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid SLC airport security badge.

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

Full-time and part-time positions available; must be open to varied scheduling in alignment with airport

retail operating hours.

Available shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Starting wage of $18.00 per hour.
