Retail Store Associate

Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, operating the cash register, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process sales transactions using the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately.
• Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure product availability.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including sweeping, dusting, and organizing fitting rooms/aisles.
• Assist with inventory counts and receiving incoming shipment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs (15 kg).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
