Retail Store Associate (Telecommunications)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain prepaid and postpaid plans, mobile devices, accessories, and additional services.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including processing sales, responding to customer enquiries, and completing administrative duties.
• Understand customers’ requirements and recommend products or solutions that best suit their needs.
• Assist customers with registration, onboarding, device setup, configuration, and after-sales support.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment that follows brand standards.
• Support the implementation of in-store promotions, marketing activities, and new product launches.
• Contribute towards achieving service quality and customer satisfaction targets, including NPS.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the retail team to help improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with customers.
• Comfortable using smartphones, mobile applications, and digital technology.
• Good command of English; Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
• Positive, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Reliable team player with good multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
