Retail Store Coordinator

A. Inventory Control

· Maintain accurate physical and system inventory of all products.

· Monitor daily stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, damages, and adjustments.

· Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts.

· Reconcile physical stock with system stock.

· Identify and investigate inventory variances and take corrective action.

· Maintain proper product-wise and location-wise stock records.

· Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and near-expiry inventory.

· Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO practices.

· Maintain inventory accuracy as per defined company standards.

B. Store Replenishment

· Monitor store inventory levels and identify replenishment requirements.

· Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams for timely replenishment.

· Ensure availability of fast-moving and critical SKUs.

· Track stock-outs and excess inventory and highlight issues to the concerned teams.

· Support optimization of store inventory levels based on sales and consumption patterns.

C. Dispatch Coordination

· Prepare daily dispatch plans based on store requirements and approved orders.

· Coordinate picking, packing, staging, loading, and dispatch activities.

· Ensure the right SKU, quantity, batch, and expiry are dispatched to the correct store.

· Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and dispatch schedules.

· Ensure all required dispatch documents are prepared and verified.

· Track dispatched shipments until delivery confirmation.

· Follow up on delayed, short, damaged, or rejected deliveries.

· Maintain dispatch records and delivery status.

D. Documentation & MIS

· Maintain GRN, stock transfer, dispatch, return, damage, and delivery records.

· Prepare daily inventory and dispatch MIS.

· Track inventory variance, stock-outs, damages, expiry, and pending deliveries.

· Prepare periodic reports for management review.

· Maintain accurate system transactions and ensure timely data entry.

· Support internal and external inventory audits.

E. Coordination

· Coordinate with Store Operations, Warehouse, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Transporters.

· Resolve day-to-day inventory and dispatch-related issues.

· Escalate stock discrepancies, delivery delays, and operational risks on time.

· Ensure smooth communication between stores and warehouse teams.

· Support implementation of supply chain and inventory control SOPs.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹43,309.94 per month
