Whether customers are looking for a gift, a beautiful piece of jewellery, or a crystal that aligns with their personal preferences, you'll play an important role in guiding them throughout their shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Build strong product knowledge of our crystals.
• Understand customer's needs to recommend suitable products.
• Educate customers on our products with confidence.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising.
• Assist with inventory count, and general store operations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of retail sales experience. Experience in jewellery or fashion brands is an advantage.

• Fresh grads are welcomed.

• Passionate about customer service and enjoys interacting with people.

• Willing to learn about crystals and continuously expand product knowledge.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English and Malay. Mandarin or Chinese dialects are an added advantage.
