Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Executive to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day store operations, assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring smooth functioning of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and assist customers with product selection and queries.
• Handle sales and achieve assigned store sales targets.
• Maintain proper product display, availability, and store presentation.
• Assist in stock checking, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Ensure products are properly arranged and labelled.
• Handle billing and basic cash/payment-related activities when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the store.
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the Store Manager when required.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and store procedures.
• Support promotional activities, offers, and product launches.
• Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Requirements

• 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous retail or customer service experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities independently.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and on holidays as per business requirements.
