Job Title: Retail Store executive

Location: Delhi ( Jhandewalan)

Experience Required: 1 - 3 Years

Salary Budget: 20 k to 22 k per monthly

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and responsible Retail Store Executive to manage daily store operations, assist customers, support sales activities, and ensure smooth functioning of the retail outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day retail store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Greet customers, understand their requirements, and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with product selection, queries, and purchases.
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper product display, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
• Manage inventory, stock checking, replenishment, and stock records.
• Handle billing, returns, and exchanges as per company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the store.
• Coordinate with the store team for daily activities and requirements.
• Maintain daily sales and inventory reports.
• Ensure proper opening and closing of the store.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve basic customer concerns professionally.

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in retail store operations or customer-facing roles.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Good knowledge of sales and retail store operations.
• Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Presentable and confident personality.
