Retail STORE Head / AREA MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Drive the store launch checklist from mobilisation through opening day.
• Coordinate layout, fixtures and fittings.
• Ensure merchandise planning, stock receipt and initial stocking.
• Coordinate with HR on manpower recruitment, deployment and training.
• Coordinate with Admin on licences, vendors and contractors.
• Track technology, POS, systems, signage and operational requirements.
• Maintain the store-readiness tracker and escalate gaps.
• Ensure merchandise availability, display and pricing support sales and customer experience.
• Coordinate final store setup and pre-opening activities.
• Conduct final readiness checks and take charge of operations after launch.
• Report store performance, challenges and action plans to management.
