Retail Store Keeper

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Keeper to join our company at DJ SHOP. Based in PARANAQUE, this full-time role is responsible for the efficient management and organization of our retail store inventory and stock. As a store keeper member of our retail operations, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Assist customers: Help customers find products, answer queries, and provide recommendations as needed.
• Address customer concerns or complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Organizing and arranging the sales floor and stockroom to maximize efficiency and visual appeal
• Conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations
• Assisting with the processing of customer orders and returns
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or issues
• Collaborating with the retail team to identify opportunities for improvement
• Detailed report for every day sales performance

• Previous experience in a retail store keeper or inventory management role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with retail inventory management systems and processes
