Job Requirements

• Experience in retail, customer service, administrative support, teaching and childcare is a major plus

• Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, achieve targets, and increase profitability and visitor volume

• Implement promotional campaigns and ensure marketing materials are updated

• Maintain daily operational process and control operational costs.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, resolving complaints, and improve customer satisfaction.

• Monitor social media accounts closely and promptly reply to customers’ enquiries.

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to store policies and procedures, and evaluating employees regularly.

• Resolves both colleagues' and customers' problems and issues. Report and update superior if needed. (promotes optimum staff performance by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees)

• Handle birthday party enquiries and find ways to cooperate with customers/parents.

• Complete any other additional work-related tasks given by superiors.

• Be presentable and take good care of personal hygiene at all times.

• Handle daily terminal settlement and sort it accordingly.

• Ensure a high level of cleanliness, organisation, and store safety.

• Manage other administrative and HR related matters.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and make them feel welcome

• Be attentive to customers

• Recommending the best products to customers

• Process payments by using cash register, credit card machines, and/or POS system

• Ensure products are presentable and clean

• Managing overall store operations, including sales, inventory, customer service, employee management, and class scheduling

• Be aware of shoplifting and payment or identity fraud

• Resolve any special cases that needed special handling during customer complaints

• Basic cleaning before opening and after closing

• Able to work on shifts

Benefits

• Salary: RM4000 - RM5000 (6 days shift with 1 rest day, rest day will only be scheduled between Mon - Fri)
