Job Description – Retail Store Manager

Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
• Handle customers, product demonstrations, and high-value sales.
• Monitor walk-ins, leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and inventory.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
• Ensure team discipline, attendance, and overall store performance.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
