Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Store Manager to work on a contract basis. The role requires overseeing day-to-day operations in a high-volume retail environment while ensuring customer satisfaction and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to meet operational targets.

• Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment, and stock rotation to minimize shortages.

• Implement merchandising strategies to maintain visual appeal and product availability.

• Handle customer escalations, returns, and disputes with professionalism.

• Report weekly metrics on sales, expenses, and staff attendance to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in a supervisory role.

• Proven ability to lead a team and drive productivity in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong knowledge of retail systems, POS, and inventory management tools.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and customers.

• Experience in loss prevention and maintaining store safety standards.
