Job Summary
The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete in-store operations of Bajaao's physical retail outlet. This role combines sales leadership, customer experience management, inventory control, and team supervision, with a strong focus on musical instruments and pro audio products.
Responsibilities
The objective is to drive revenue, ensure high customer satisfaction, and maintain brand standards, while building a knowledgeable and performance-driven store team. Drive store sales targets through effective customer engagement. Familiarity with DAWs, audio interfaces, and plugins (added advantage)
Key Skills
Assist customers in-store with product selection, demos, and purchase decisions
