EdgeLink is hiring a hands-on Retail Store Manager who can sell, coach and run a strong retail operation. You will lead from the sales floor, develop your team and take ownership of store results. This is an hourly base-pay position with personal sales incentives and store-performance bonus opportunities, not a commission-only job.

Compensation and Earning Opportunities

Earn hourly base pay with opportunities for daily payouts on eligible personal sales incentives, weekly and/or monthly personal sales incentives, and monthly Store Manager bonuses tied to established store-performance requirements. Understand the pay plan, demonstrate our sales process and help your team earn through consistent execution and quality customer service.

Daily incentives are extra compensation, not an advance on hourly wages. Base pay follows regular payroll. Incentive eligibility and payment timing depend on qualifying sales, performance standards and program terms.

Illustrative Earnings Example

$200 per week in combined personal sales incentives for four weeks = $800. Add a hypothetical $400 monthly Store Manager bonus for $1,200 above base pay in this four-week example. Amounts are before taxes, and daily, weekly and monthly payments follow their respective schedules.

What You Will Own

• Sell alongside your team, review results daily and turn store sales goals into specific action plans.
• Recruit, interview, onboard and train employees; provide regular coaching, feedback and recognition.
• Manage schedules around store demand; address attendance, conduct and performance concerns, and document follow-up and evaluations.
• Maintain accurate inventory, cash, deposits and sales records; follow opening, closing and security procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally, protect customer information and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Teach the compensation plan and sales process, and hold the team accountable for service quality and performance standards.

Schedule and Benefits

Full-time, day shift; shifts are typically 8-10 hours and may include weekends, peak periods and special events. The role involves standing, walking and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
