Retail Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, floor management, and showroom maintenance.
• Supervise a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all retail outlets.

Job Requirements :

• 5-12 years of experience in retail management or related field.
• Proven track record in managing multiple retail stores or large-scale retail operations.
• Strong understanding of retail store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams to achieve goals.
