Retail Store Manager

• Achieve store sales targets and drive overall business growth.
• Manage and lead the store team, including Sales Associates and Optometrists.
• Set individual targets and monitor daily/weekly/monthly team performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.
• Train, coach and motivate employees to improve productivity and sales.
• Manage daily store operations and ensure company SOPs are followed.
• Monitor inventory and stock, including stock availability, movement and regular stock checks.
• Manage billing, cash handling and POS operations and ensure accurate reconciliation.
• Ensure optometry and product-quality standards are maintained as per company guidelines.
• Maintain store presentation, discipline and compliance while reporting store performance and operational issues to the management.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
