Retail Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales and ensure excellent customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Lead, train and motivate the store sales team.
• Handle customers and resolve queries/complaints.
• Monitor stock, inventory, replenishment and product displays.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store standards.
• Track daily sales, conversion and team performance.
• Manage billing, cash handling and store documentation.
• Coordinate with the Area/Regional Manager on sales and operational requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.

Requirements:

• 2 -5 years of experience in retail/store management.
• Strong team handling and sales skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented with strong business acumen.
• Experience in FMCG, baby/kids, fashion, lifestyle or retail will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a mall environment and rotational shifts.
