Responsible for managing daily store operations, sales, customer service, inventory, staff performance, and achieving sales targets while ensuring smooth and efficient store functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and staff activities.
• Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock availability, inventory, and product displays.
• Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
• Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and visual merchandising.
• Train, supervise, and motivate store employees.
• Ensure proper stock records and minimize inventory loss.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in garments, sarees, or clothing.
• Good leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of sales, inventory management, and billing operations.
• Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
