Here is your opportunity to join Team Elevated! We are a leading premier cannabis company looking for an energetic and intelligent manager to join our Havre/Highline team. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, provide customer and patient support, and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in customer service, employee recruitment, or retail management. Store manager responsibilities may include supervising an assistant store manager.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer expectations by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff regularly
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent customer service while adhering to state law and company policies
• Maintain daily communication and reports to Main Office through e-mail and company applications
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths every 90 days under the supervision of District Manager
• Hire, Train, and Empower staff regularly to ensure tasks are completed within the appropriate time frame
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• Additional store manager duties as needed

Requirements

• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
• Must be available to work shifts any day of the week, as late as 8pm
• Must be able to lift and carry up to fifty pounds
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Travel will be required up to 20% of the time
• Training period of 30 days must be completed
• Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
