Retail Store Manager

Overview

We are looking for someone who has great detail of knowledge with electronics. Work hours can be between Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 6pm and weekends 10:30 to 4 pm. Work 6 or 7 days a week . Must be peoples person ,fast, fun and friendly. Second language and Sales experience is big plus. But not required. Apply in person or send resume

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations & Management
• Supervise daily store functions, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bookkeeping, and Point-of-Sale (POS) system management.
• Oversee daily intake, diagnostic testing, and appraisal of consumer electronics (smartphones, tablets, MacBooks, custom PCs, and gaming consoles) to ensure accurate pricing and resale spreads.
• Manage inventory levels, stock control, merchandising displays, and multi-channel liquidation (such as in-store sales alongside online platforms like Shopify or eBay). [1, 2]
• Team Leadership & Staffing
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train a team of retail associates and testing technicians (typically 1 to 4 employees).
• Coach, schedule, and evaluate staff members to maintain high customer service standards and hit store revenue goals. [1, 2]
• Customer Service & Sales
• Drive sales growth by setting targets, monitoring performance, and helping negotiate device trade-ins or purchases with customers.
• Address escalated customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a welcoming retail environment. [1, 2]

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven management experience (typically 2+ years in retail management or buy-sell-trade operations). [1, 2, 3]
• Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with consumer electronics hardware diagnostics, data wiping, iCloud/account removal, and testing for phones, laptops, and gaming systems. [1, 2]
• Financial & Retail Math: Strong competence in retail math, gross profit margins, pricing strategies, inventory turnover, and sales analysis. [1, 2]
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, multitasking, and conflict-resolution skills in a fast-paced retail setting. [1, 2, 3]

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
