Retail Store Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage imported products, drive sales, and handle social media marketing. The ideal candidate has experience in retail management, inventory control, online promotions, and social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations, sales, and customer service.

Oversee inventory, stock replenishment, pricing, and product expiration monitoring.

Coordinate with suppliers regarding imported products and deliveries.

Create and manage social media content, product posts, and online promotions.

Handle Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram pages to increase brand awareness and sales.

Respond to online inquiries and assist customers with product information.

Develop marketing strategies to increase store traffic and online sales.

Monitor sales performance and prepare daily and monthly reports.

Supervise store personnel and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

At least 2 years of experience in retail management or supervision.

Knowledge of imported products, particularly beauty, skincare, health, wellness, and consumer goods.

Knowledge of social media management, content creation, and online marketing.

Familiarity with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and online selling platforms.

Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and sales reporting.

Creative, organized, customer-oriented, and results-driven.
