• 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Strong sales, leadership, and team management skills.
• Super customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory, cash handling, and POS systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
