Urgent Hire: Experienced Retail Store Manager (Soft Opening)

Location: Westfield Annapolis Mall – Annapolis, MD
Position Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Start Date: Monday, October 26, 2026 (Paid Training)
Store Soft Opening: November 1, 2026

Compensation:

• Training Period (Oct 26 – Oct 31): $15.00/hour
• Post-Training/Regular Rate: (Final rate depends on experience and performance)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and driven Retail Store Manager to spearhead the upcoming soft opening of our brand-new boutique at the Annapolis Mall.

Please Note: This is NOT an entry-level retail associate position. We are strictly seeking candidates with proven leadership experience who can step in, take ownership of daily operations, and guide a new team through the high-volume holiday shopping season.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in retail store management, shift management, or assistant store management (Required).
• Availability: Must be fully available to begin mandatory paid training on Monday, October 26. Must have open availability for the holiday season (including weekends and peak mall hours).
• Skills: Strong team leadership, inventory tracking, cash handling accuracy, visual merchandising skills, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the storefront starting from our November 1 soft opening.
• Lead, train, and motivate sales staff to maximize holiday revenue.
• Maintain visual standards, inventory organization, and opening/closing cash procedures.
• Problem-solve on the fly to support a smooth ramp-up period for a new business.
