Retail Store Operations Manager - Central and Eastern Visayas

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a cluster of stores to consistently achieve sales targets, margin goals, and overall business performance.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory management, visual execution, policy compliance, and customer service excellence.
• Conduct spot audits on processes, equipment, and cash handling to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to standards.
• Lead talent development through performance assessments, coaching, and setting clear individual objectives.
• Implement impactful promotional and seasonal campaigns while recommending strategies aligned with brand and business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of retail operations or multi-site management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Willing to travel bi-weekly within Central and Eastern Visayas
