Operations Manager – Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably with multi-branch operations.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, branch management, and daily store activities.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management, stock monitoring, stock transfers, receiving, issuance, and inventory reconciliation.
• Familiar with warehouse operations, stockroom organization, SKU/item coding, proper storage, and movement of goods.
• Able to monitor and control inventory accuracy, stock variances, damages, shortages, and excess stocks.
• Experience in coordinating with warehouse, purchasing, accounting, sales, and branch teams.
• Strong skills in people management, leadership, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
• Able to analyze sales, inventory, manpower, and branch performance.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular branch and warehouse visits.
• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours when necessary.
• Honest, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Able to work under pressure and manage operational concerns simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Warehouse Supervisor and all warehouse operations
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, handling, and releasing of stocks
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Conduct regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and physical inventory
• Investigate and report any inventory discrepancies, damages, or variances
• Supervise overall store operations and ensure smooth daily activities
• Ensure all cash sales are properly recorded and accounted for
• Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of warehouse and store personnel
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse and store operations
