Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and find out the needs
• To be a sales consultant to the customer
• Describing a products features and demonstrate use and operation of the product
• Handling customer queries regarding the store and merchandise
• Providing information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options
• Maintain sales report to keep a track of the progress.
