At Scarlett Supermarket, we are looking for a responsible, proactive and hands-on Retail Supervisor to support our store operations and lead the team. If you have retail experience, enjoy working with people and are confident in handling day-to-day store operations, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support daily store operations; supervise and guide team members in carrying out their duties; ensure smooth cashiering and customer service operations; assist with staff scheduling and daily task allocation; replenish, arrange and organise products on shelves; assist with receiving, checking and managing stocks; monitor stock levels and store inventory; maintain store cleanliness, housekeeping and visual merchandising standards; handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally; support sales and service standards; ensure company SOPs are followed; and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements
At least *1 year of retail experience**, preferably with supervisory or team-leading experience
* Hands-on experience in cashiering, replenishment, stock handling and customer service
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to lead, guide and motivate team members
* Responsible, proactive and able to work independently
* Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
* Able to work on weekends and public holidays
* Able to follow work schedules and company operating procedures
