Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient store performance.

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities to drive outlet visibility and sales performance.

• Handle opening and closing duties, manage cash registers, and enforce safety rules.

• Maintaining accurate records, performing cycle counts, and resolving inventory discrepancies.

• Make use of the product knowledge to suggest products and promote product benefits to customers in order to drive sales.

• Support wellness workshops, events, cross department (B2B collaboration) and seasonal campaigns.

Job Requirement

• At least SPM holder.

• Able to communicate confidently and professionally in Mandarin language, both verbally and in writing. As this position is required to handle China customers/products.

• At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience the retail industry.

• Experience in wellness, pharmacy, healthcare, beauty, or lifestyle retail is an advantage.

• Possess good communications skills and be sales driven.

• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Friendly, pleasant personality with a positive attitude

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
