Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and support loss prevention initiatives.
• Collaborate with the VM team to maintain brand presentation and seasonal displays.
• Track sales, KPIs, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Support store managers and staff with operational guidance, training, and communication.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Prepare regular reports on operations, sales trends, and compliance.
