Key duties include scheduling, training employees, monitoring inventory, maintaining store standards, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring company policies and safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic cash-handling and inventory-management skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
