Retail Supervisor

Our client is a luxury skincare brand looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to oversee retail operations, lead the Beauty Advisor and Therapist team, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional luxury customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Operations & Team Management

• Oversee daily retail operations at luxury skincare counters to ensure smooth store performance and excellent customer service.
• Lead and support the retail team, including Beauty Advisors and Therapists, to achieve sales targets and deliver premium customer experiences.
• Manage staff schedules, manpower planning, and daily operational activities.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and training to develop team members’ product knowledge, consultation skills, and selling techniques.
• Monitor team performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.

Sales Performance & Customer Experience

• Drive sales performance through sales strategies and action plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support team members in achieving individual sales goals through coaching and motivation.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations and ensure high-quality service aligned with luxury brand standards.
• Promote treatment services and skincare solutions based on customer needs.

Training & Brand Standards

• Conduct product knowledge training, service standard coaching, and sales skill development for team members.
• Ensure grooming standards, customer service etiquette, and counter presentation are maintained according to company guidelines.
• Work closely with Beauty Advisors and Therapists to deliver consistent customer experiences.
• Coordinate with Head Office and Management teams regarding retail updates, operational issues, and business performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Beauty, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Retail Sales, Counter Management, or Luxury Beauty.
• Experience supervising a retail team, Beauty Advisor team, or Therapist team.
• Strong experience in prestige skincare, cosmetics, beauty clinic, spa, wellness, or premium lifestyle business.
• Experience in luxury retail environments with strong customer service standards is highly preferred.
• Experience as a Therapist, Beauty Consultant, Skin Specialist, or Treatment Advisor is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Proven sales performance with the ability to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
• Able to work flexible retail shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.

Working Conditions:

• Working Schedule: 5 days/week, 2 days off
• Shift Options: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM - 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM *(rare/occasional) -*1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Office Attendance: Approximately once per month

Commission & Incentives:

• Commission paid monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• General Products: 3%
• Treatment + Extra Products: 6%
  (Rate may vary depending on each month’s campaign)
