RETAIL SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS
1.Minimum 3 years of experience in store management or the retail industry.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise, coach, and train staff.
3. Proficient in using POS systems and Microsoft Excel.
4. Able to work independently and handle tasks effectively under pressure.
5. Based in or willing to work in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handle and maintain customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
2. Monitor, coach, and motivate staff to achieve operational and sales targets.
3. Lead and coordinate the outlet’s operational needs, including manpower and maintenance.
4. Manage merchandising and stock levels to ensure sufficient inventory and proper product presentation.
5. Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Outlet Manager.
6. Prepare and submit monthly reports on outlet operations and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
