Retail Supervisor

What will I be doing?

Supervisor Duties:

• Lead and support the shop floor team during shifts
• Delegate tasks and help maintain strong team performance
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries when required
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, stock replenishment and cleanliness
• Support with tills, cash handling, opening and closing procedures
• Help train new team members and ensure store procedures are followed

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous retail supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Confident in delivering high standards of customer service
• Positive attitude with a hands-on approach to work
