Retail Supervisor

• Supervise and lead retail staff in sales, customer service, and store operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and take corrective actions.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Train, develop, and motivate staff to meet performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, company policies, and procedures.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and store profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing for promotional strategies and events.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php16,500.00 per month
