Retail Supervisor

**Must be able to work weekends.

- Provide great customer service to customers, helping customers find what they need and answering their questions. Making sure other sales associates are helping customers as well. Use our POS system to process transactions. Being a role mode on the sales floor to other sales associates.

- Restocking: Making sure the store is being restocked. You will restock and have sales associates help you restock. Keeping inventory containers and boxes labeled and organized. Making sure the store is clean and merchandized well.

- Processing Shipment: Making sure shipments are being inventoried, put away and transferred into our computer system. Keeping shipments organized and entered into our pos system correctly so we have accurate inventory.

- Enforce company polices. Making sure sales associates are following company polices.

- Navigates unexpected challenges, removes roadblocks, defines task ownership, and mediates conflicts when they arise.
