Retail Supervisor – Jewellery Retail

Location: Kuala Lumpur / Selangor
Vacancies: 2
Basic Salary: RM3,500–RM4,500 per month
Additional Earnings: Sales Commission + Performance Bonuses + New Store Opening Incentives

Job Responsibilities

Phase 1: New Store Preparation

• Assist in identifying suitable retail locations and liaising with shopping malls and major supermarkets.
• Support business negotiations, staff recruitment and new store opening preparations.

Phase 2: Retail Operations & Management

• Lead jewellery sales activities and achieve sales targets.
• Recruit, train and supervise retail sales staff.
• Oversee daily store operations and improve team sales performance.
• Support future store expansion and business development.

Job Requirements

• Fluent spoken Mandarin is required. Chinese reading and writing skills are not necessary.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Experience in retail sales, team management or store operations is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
