Retail Supervisor / Executive

APT is looking for a Retail Supervisor / Executive to join our HQ Retail Operations Team.

This role is not limited to managing one outlet. You will work closely with HQ and visit different APT outlets to monitor operations, conduct outlet audits, support Branch Managers and identify areas for improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Assist HQ in monitoring and supporting outlet operations.
• Conduct outlet visits to check service standards, SOP, cleanliness and overall operations.
• Work closely with Branch Managers and staff to identify and follow up on operational issues.
• Assist HQ in handling customer feedback, staff matters and service improvement.
• Support outlet promotions, events and other operational projects.
• Liaise with relevant HQ departments to ensure issues are properly followed up and resolved.
• Prepare basic reports and updates for HQ management.
• Any other operational duties assigned by the Company.

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Language Requirements: Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage, as the role requires communication with different teams and outlets.

• Experience in retail, F&B, beauty, hospitality, customer service or operations is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication and leadership potential are welcome to apply.

• Possess own transportation and a valid driving licence is an advantage.

Work Schedule & Location

• 5 working days per week
• Working hours according to retail operations
• Work Location will be discussed during the interview. Where possible, we will try to assign you to an outlet or area closest to your residential location.
