Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure SOP compliance
• Lead, motivate and supervise the store team
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock accuracy
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback
• Manage staff schedules, attendance and discipline

About you

• Retail or supervisory experience is an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Responsible, proactive and target-oriented
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Passion for sports and sportswear is a plus
